I am a professionally qualified Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Water Industry in the United Kingdom and Australia. I have highly transferable leadership, and asset and project management skills. Commercially astute, I effectively influence and negotiate for mutually agreeable outcomes for all parties.
With experience in senior roles across Asset Management and Capital Program Delivery, I can provide organisations with an internationally gained insight into efficient and effective program and project delivery.
As a recent member of the OB007 Standards Australia Risk Management Committee, I gained valuable experience working with industry experts to develop new standards and guidelines for publication.
My passion is continual improvement and finding out new ways to make things a little better every day. Using tried and tested techniques, I enjoy analysing problems and getting creative with solutions.
My approach is based on Triple Loop Learning and ensuring that things are done right, that the right things are done and that organisations have means to understand what those things need to be”
